Your friend is a crappy tipper
Your boss has cilantro in their teeth after lunch.
Your coworker has body odor.

The purpose is to tell people things they needed to hear, but you were too afraid or uncomfortable to say to them.

You get an email from "Tom" who gives you the news politely and constructively.

Nothing malicious and no bullying. Just stuff we all need to know, but could go our whole lives not realizing.
